Shipping Locations
Syeda Beauty currently ships within Canada only. We plan to offer international shipping options in the near future.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). During launches or promotions, processing may take longer.
Shipping Times
Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days after processing.
Expedited Shipping: timeline shown at checkout (varies by destination).
Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders over $35 CAD (before discounts where applicable).
Local Pickup/Drop-off (Calgary)
Local pickup and drop off options are available in Calgary.  We may offer local expedited same/next-day drop-off in the future depending on customer demand. You would receive pickup/drop-off instructions once your order is ready.
Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, we will email you a tracking link when your order ships.
Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order. Syeda Beauty is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
