What are your lashes made of?

Our lashes are made from premium faux mink fibers. Faux mink is a high quality synthetic material designed to mimic the softness and appearance of real mink lashes without harming animals. They are vegan friendly, cruelty free, lightweight, and created using advanced technology for a natural and elevated finish.

What style is best for me?

Choosing the right lash style depends on your eye shape and the look you want to achieve. Please refer to our Style Guide for recommendations or contact us if you would like help selecting the perfect style.

Where do you ship to?

Syeda Beauty currently ships within Canada only. We plan to offer international shipping options in the near future.

Can I return or exchange my lashes?

For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us and we will review the issue and provide a replacement if applicable. All lashes undergo quality control and defects are rare. We do not accept exchanges for worn or misused lashes.

How do I apply and care for my lashes?

Application and care instructions are included with every order. Proper care will help maintain the shape and longevity of your lashes.
