Refund policy
All Sales Final (Hygiene Policy)
Due to the hygienic nature of lashes and cosmetic products, all lash sales are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges, even if the product is unopened.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@syedabeauty.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging. If approved, we will provide a replacement (or another resolution if replacement is not possible).
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed. Once processed or shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
